QuickZyme Total Collagen Assay
This assay kit is for the quantitative measurement of total collagen. It can be used to measure all forms of collagen in samples like tissues, tissue extracts, cell cultures etc, and is species independent. The kit is based on detection of collagen specific hydroxy-proline by a color reaction, has a rapid and simple protocol (overnight hydrolysis of collagen, followed by a <2 hrs assay procedure) and requires no special equipment.

QuickZyme Soluble Collagen Assay
This 96-well format assay detects soluble and insoluble collagen in a variety of biological fluids and can be used for multiple animal species. The assay principle is dye binding to triple helical collagen.
GO TO SOLUBLE COLLAGEN ASSAY
QuickZyme Hydroxyproline Assay
This assay kit is for the quantification of hydroxyproline. It can be applied for acid hydrolysates from tissues, tissue extracts, cell cultures etc, and is species independent. The kit is based on detection of hydroxy-proline by a color reaction, has a rapid and simple protocol (2 hrs assay procedure) and requires no special equipment.
